Evie-Mae Jaggard

Evie grew up as a working-class atheist. She graduated from Philosophy in 2018 and received a Master’s in History in 2020. At 27, she now works as an IT Consultant. Until her early 20s, she openly disavowed ‘religion’ and ‘faith’ and was a self-described nihilist. These convictions unravelled when she explored spirituality after University and began finding value in the performance of and participation in faith. She converted to Catholicism at Easter in 2023 at St Mary’s Parish, Birmingham.
