Charlotte Littlewood
Moderator

Charlotte Littlewood is the Director of Research at IIFL. Having started her career as a Prevent practitioner, Charlotte went on to found her own community interest company with the aim of countering extremism and promoting equality. She has advised Muslims Against Antisemitism and authored reports relating to issues of extremism and radicalisation.
Rania Mohiuddin-Agir
Panellist

Rania is a Research Associate at IIFL and the author of Belonging, Belief & Britishness: Exploring the British Muslim Experience on Their Own Terms, which was published in March 2025. She has completed a BA in International Relations from King’s College London, and an MSc in Sociology and Global Change from the University of Edinburgh.
Fiyaz Mughal OBE

Fiyaz is the founder of multiple NGOs including Faith Matters, which helps faith communities resolve conflict peacefully and promotes social cohesion, and Tell MAMA, a service that allows people in England to report anti-Muslim abuse. He is passionate about Muslim and Jewish interfaith initiatives and served as co-Chair of the Community Accountability Forum for five years.
Haras Rafiq

Haras is the CEO of Pink Llama Films and a Strategic Advisor for ISGAP. The author of numerous research and policy reports, Haras is committed to countering xenophobia and hate and is regularly invited for comment in international media outlets. He has served on the Northwest Board of the Mosaic initiative, a programme which helps young people achieve their potential.
